Questionaire and Research

This is a questionaire we created to find some starting figures and so we can start to think about how are magazines need to look and what it needs to contain. The pie chart highlights the results from question 5 so we can see more easily what 'freebee' we should advertise on the front of our magazine. Furthermore, the fact that the majoirty of peolpe said that they read magazines daily means that we need to create something that is unqiue and different, this should make our magazine stand out and stop it feeling like just another magazine.

A huge 11 out of 15 people said that they often use the contents page to see what they want to read about in the magazine. This is important because it tells us that our contents page should be very informative and should exlpain everything about the contents of the magazine so that it matches our target audience. Our contents page should also look creative and interesting so that people want to read it.

Another important response that we should mould are magazine around is that most people said that they want the magazine to include information about new bands and artists rather than music reviews or information on concerts. This means that our magazine should include information about new artists that have just been discovered as this will match the target audiene and match what they want to read about, if we didnt do this then our magazine would not be interesting and peopel would not read it.

Finally, most people replied that they would prefer a pop magazine so this just further proves that we have made the correct choice to create a pop genre magazine.
